A party with friends, in a family atmosphere, yesterday, in Sant'Egidio, for the 90th anniverary of Cardinal Roger Etchegaray.

The cardinal, former President of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace, internationally known for his long commitment to peace and reconciliation, which led him to many difficult places in the world, is a longtime friend of the Community of Sant 'Egidio, and shares its commitment to dialogue between faiths and cultures in the "Spirit of Assisi".

Right in the line of this common commitment, he recently participated in the International Meeting in Sarajevo.
