The weekly says the news has terrified the leaders of the reformist Islamic Revolution's Mojahedin Organization and has become a source of concern for them. In its latest issue the weekly wrote: The disclosure about the issuance of death sentence for Aghajari, a senior member of Islamic Revolution's Mojahedin Organization, has terrified the leaders of the organization. According to the weekly, Aghajari has been sentenced to death for denial of essential foundations of the religion of Islam and insulting the Imams Shi'i saints . They IRMO leaders are planning to exert their influence on the court of appeal in order to replace the death sentence with a softer ruling. |
