The Community of Dant'Egidio in Tanzania has underscored the need for Tanzanians to understand that peace does not only mean the absence of armed conflicts and wars but peace should mean the removal of all causes that make communities grief-stricken. Felischism Shirima, Sant'Egidio Community Representative in Tanzania, told The Express during a recent meeting that talking of peace means freeing all those who are in distress.
