Second Exonerated Inmate Released from Louisiana's Death Row

A week after the Louisiana Attorney General's office dismissed the charges against him and his co-defendant Michael Graham, Albert Burrell was freed from death row.  Burrell, who is mentally retarded, spent 14 years on death row and once came within 17 days of execution.
