A delegation of the Community of Sant'Egidio, with the Cardinal Crescenzo Sepe, archbishop of Naples, is these days in China where they met high representatives of the Government and of the Catholic Church.
These include the Minister Zuoan Wang, director of the SARA (State Administration for Religious Affairs), the governing body of the Chinese Government that deals with religious issues in China. During a long and friendly conversation, he showed perspectives for future collaboration.
The delegation was also received by the bishop of Beijing, Msgr. Li Shan, on the occasion of the visit to the cathedral, Nantang.
