On 6 October in Paris at the National Assembly a conference of the Prime Minister of Mali, Moussa Mara, was held, organised by the Institut Prospective et Sécurité en Europe and the Institut de Recherche et d'Etudes Africaines titled "Peace and security in the Sahel". A delegation of the Community of Sant'Egidio present at the conference met the Prime Minister of Mali. In the middle of the interview, which took place in an atmosphere of great cordiality, the action in favour of peace carried out by Sant'Egidio in the region.
