EDITORIAL

The Church celebrates Easter with great jubilation. Easter is the Feast of feasts when we remember the resurrection of Jesus. It is the jubilation that Patriarch Athenagoras used to call “ultimate jubilation because Christ has won over death, he annihilated it, he replaced it with eternal life”. For Christians Easter is the time of joy, joy for the life we received and for the victory over death.

On Easter of Resurrection we celebrate “a love that is stronger then death”. This is why we feel more strongly than ever the call to work for the resurrection of men and women, of different places and countries where hope seems to have vanished or faded. With this spirit and with these thoughts we greet all those who follow us.
